A well worth charity campaign in memory of the inspirational Kirsty Howard has already raised more than £10,000 since her death two weeks ago.

The Kirsty Club, a charity in honour of the brave young lady has seen donations pour in since Kirsty sadly passed away last month.

Kirsty helped raise more than £7.5m for Francis House Children’s Hospice.

Her funeral took place on Tuesday, November 3, at St Michael and All Angels Church on Orton Road, Northern Moor, with a white, horse-drawn cortège leading the procession.

‘The Kirsty Club’ is striving to ‘build a brighter future’ for children with a short life expectancy, making the club and facilities ‘bigger and better’ for the children and their families, & what a fantastic cause it truly is.
