If you’re not familiar with them, Amazon wishlists are a way of letting people know what you want from Amazon – and making it very easy for people to give you said products. Simply make list and fill it with whatever you fancy, then not-so-subtly spam friends, family and admirers to receive your gifts (if you’re loved, that is).
Here are the most wished for products on Amazon based on how many users have added them to their wishlists:
Sam Smith’s 2014 debut album has won some awards, gone platinum in a bunch of countries and has ultimately sold over 9 million copies worldwide, including over 2 million in the UK at the time of writing. According to Amazon a heck of a lot of people still want it too.
A Fire TV Stick is a little 8cm device you plug into your TV so you can view streamed stuff. It’s good for people who want to watch Netflix or BBC iPlayer through their TV rather than on their laptop and for an extra tenner you can get one with a voice activated remote, so you don’t have to use a normal remote with your fingers like a pleb.
This is an adult colouring book. If adult colouring books are a new concept to you, well that’s pretty much all there is to it. Apparently colouring in is very relaxing and conducive to mindfulness. If you’re thinking this sounds very niche and weird, they were actually one of the most popular Christmas presents in 2015 and if anything are gaining popularity.
Released in 2013 and having sold 35 million units world-wide, the PS4 is showing no signs of waning in popularity. According to Wikipedia the PS4 has at least 70% market share in all European countries suggesting if there were any console wars these days, they’ve won this one.
I’ve literally never heard of this before. It appears to be a deck of cards that people will pay £20 for. Here’s the most popular review on Amazon: “This game is an abomination that left me and my friends unable to look each other in the eyes. Five Stars”. I don’t know if that helps much.
